A luxury home design in the prestigious Martha Cove Marina on the Mornington Peninsula, with internal swimming pool and basement home gym and theatre rooms.

Built with extreme soil conditions, we also had to design within requirements that needed to be reviewed by a locally appointed design review committee, and we where able to build a home to the clients brief making use of all the height allowed, to produce one of the largest homes in the Martha Cove.
